What's the maximum standing and seated capacity of each room?
The Hub (front room) has a standing capacity of 200, with seated capacity of 50 for workshop events and 60 for theatre-layout events. The Function Room (back room) has a standing capacity of 250, with seated capacity of 60 for workshop events and 70 for theatre-layout events.
Can I book a residency with you?
We're open to recurring bookings and residencies, but if you've never booked with us before, we require you to host an initial event with us first, so that we can evaluate it afterwards and discuss together what a residency could look like.
What are the different pricing options (e.g. ticket split, hourly rate, minimum bar spend)?
We exclusively offer a deposit and hire fee model for booking our space(s) for parties, performances and socials. Fundraisers are free, and hourly fees apply only to customers hiring the space for The Shoot package.
Do you have minimum bar spend requirements?
No. Our model is a deposit and hire fee, with no minimum bar spend required. There are bar spend thresholds which, if you reach them, mean you can get half or all of your deposit back. If you don't reach those amounts, you won't pay anything extra – you just won't get your deposit back.
What are the bar spend requirements for a deposit refund?
Each of our price packages sets out its own deposit refund terms. Enquire for the full details and pricing of the package you're interested in.
